Greenland is a marketplace for plants, gardening supplies, and landscape services. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have. The same summary is available inside the app in Arabic, English, and Kurdish.
We do not track which screens you visit, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
To fulfil your orders, send sign-in verification codes, communicate with you about your account, provide plant-care guidance, and improve the app. We do not sell your personal data.

Each provider is bound by a data-processing agreement. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Sign-in tokens are stored in the device's secure keychain. Orders are paid in cash on delivery, so we never collect or store card details.
You can request a copy of your data or delete your account at any time, directly inside the app (Account → Profile → Delete Account). Deleting your account removes your personal data; order records are retained in anonymized form only where required by tax and accounting law.
Account data is kept while your account is active. Financial/order records may be kept up to 7 years to comply with tax law. Anything else is deleted on request.
Greenland is a general-audience shopping app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
