How do I care for a new plant?
Each product page lists watering, light, and soil instructions. For problems, use the in-app Plant Doctor — it accepts photos.

When will my order arrive?
Orders inside Iraq usually arrive within 2–4 working days. Track live status under “My Orders”.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery — you pay in cash when your order arrives. Card payments are coming soon.

Can I return a plant?
Live plants can be returned within 7 days if they arrive damaged — email photos to support@greenland-iq.com to start a return.

How do I delete my account?
